Kneeling before Your Divine Majesty,
Jesus Christ,
hidden in the Blessed Sacrament,

we wish today to consecrate
to Your Mother, Immaculate Mary,

our earnest endeavor
to unite

with You in sacrificial love

for the salvation
of our sisters and brothers.

Mary Immaculate,
Mother of Christ
and Mother of the Church!

We, Your children,
regretfully confess
the inability of our hearts
to receive

Your Son
in the mystery
of the Most Holy Eucharist

in such a way
as He Himself desires
to be received.

At the same time, we confess
that You,
O Immaculate Virgin,

are a model for us

of receiving
the Son of God
coming in the miracle
of Holy Communion.

Therefore, today,
we wish to entrust

to Your
Immaculate Heart

this impotence of our hearts
and the not-easy way
to overcome it.
We believe that as we today
willingly respond with our hearts

to Your call from Fatima

to receive
Holy Communion
of reparation on the First Saturdays,

we will merit Your gracious
intercession with Your Son

to give us the power
of our hearts’ love for Him
whom we receive
in the Blessed Sacrament.

We ask for your help,

O Immaculate Mary,
standing at the feet of the Son
on Golgotha:

be to us, O Mother, the model

of Eucharistic union
with His atoning Sacrifice!

Jesus Christ,
Almighty God,
and our true Brother!

We believe,
together with the whole Church,
that our task is

to unite ourselves as closely as possible,
like the Immaculate One,

to the Sacrifice
You offered of Yourself to the Father
out of love for us.

Together with the Immaculate Mary
and modeling ourselves on Her,

from this day forward,
we earnestly desire
to focus our thoughts and affections
as fully as possible

on You
when You come to us in Holy Communion,
loving and desiring love.
We believe, O Beloved Savior and Bridegroom,

that the fullest consolation
of the Immaculate Heart of Mary,
Your and our Mother,

should be the love which our hearts attain,

in imitation
of Her Immaculate Heart,

by loving You,
truly present
in the Most Holy Eucharist.

Amen.
